Konduit offers a no-code fintech platform for banks to easily onboard and adopt fintech solutions. Customers include national banks such as Citizens to regionals like SouthEast and NelNet Bank. Konduit investors include 10x Capital, a NY based FinTech venture capital, which has previously invested in successful Fintechs like Robinhood and Palantir.

Konduit was founded by Capital One and Amazon alums. Konduit’s mission is to make local banks more accessible to people and help people find the best financial product. We are seeking passionate team members who will help on this mission.

What you will do

  • You will assist in sales support, customer success, and coordination for strategic projects at Konduit.
  • Research leads online and sources like LinkedIn, Crunchbase, and Apollo
  • Initial email and follow-up leads
  • Maintain sales CRM and update executives on dashboards
  • Analysis and report on business performance using Excel
  • Coordinate with internal teams on customer launches and other projects assigned
  • Help executives in coordinating meetings with leads and other partners
  • Attending conferences in USA (optional based on travel preference)

Our ideal candidate

  • 1-5 years of experience after college
  • Ownership mindset and can-do attitude
  • Highly motivated and willing to take on a ton of responsibility
  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and mindful of deadlines
  • Ability to do simple analysis in excel
  • Draft responses and emails to customers in English based on guidance from manager
  • Excited at learning new tools (CRM, LinkedIn advertising) that can be used in Sales support
